"Mourning Pages"

So I've been tooting the value of Morning Pages for several years now but I too, get distracted and don't do them as often as I should but over the last several weeks, I've dedicated myself to writing them at least every other day, sometimes everyday. Of course I knew what would happen. Once again poetry has begun pouring out of me. Maybe one of these days I'll own up to being a poet but I don't think my poems are all that great. Tell me what you think.

I call my pages "Mourning Pages" because Julia Cameron called them this in jest but I don't usually write them in the morning. When I write them in the evenings they tend to be reviews of how my day went instead of the brain drain which promotes creativity throughout the day. When I'm rich and famous and no longer have to go to the J.O.B., I'll write my pages in the morning. Right now, writing poetry isn't such a bad thing.
